Sock Monkey

Yesterday when I was shopping I came across this cute little fella, and he jumped straight into my shopping basket!!!  Go figure!!  I knew that I just had to break out the Stampin'Up! Sock Monkey set to make a card and here is what I came up with!

Introducing Gerrie Giraffe!!

I made this cute little squashed softie last night.  Her name is Gerrie!!  Very quick and so easy to make. Great project to make if you are a beginner to sewing or with your kids!!

R.I.P Mini Mask

I love Tim Holtz products and have used his masks a few times, and like most of you who LOVE Tim Holtz products I use a heat tool.......alot.  I am sad to say that the masks do not like the heat tool and can easily be DESTROYED if they come into close proximity of one!!  See picture!

There fore my tip of the day is to REMOVE your mask before putting a heat tool anywhere near your project!!

Expecting?

I am always so happy for someone when I hear that they are going to have a baby....and I love to make a card to send them.  I recently found the perfect stamp set to use.  It is Pregnancy by The Paper Studio.  Here is the first card that I have made with the set!  Enjoy!
